We check your invoices before filing
A faulty invoice can cost you the right to deduct VAT. Each quarter we check that your invoices include the required details, that the right rate (21 %, 10 % or 4 %) is applied and that expenses relate to your business.
If your invoicing software has to meet the new Spanish requirements (Verifactu), we help you get ready in time.
Frequently asked questions
When is quarterly VAT due?
From 1 to 20 April, July and October, and from 1 to 30 January for the fourth quarter, together with the annual summary (390).
Do I have to file VAT if I had no sales?
Yes. As long as you are registered for an activity subject to VAT, you must file form 303 every quarter, even with a zero result.
Can I deduct VAT on my car?
If it is a passenger car also used privately, the tax agency generally accepts 50 % of the VAT. To deduct more, you must prove greater business use.
